Privacy and cookies
This site does not ask you for anything: there are no forms, accounts, newsletters, analytics or advertising. This page sets out the little that does happen when you visit.

What we collect
Nothing you type. The site has no contact form, no booking form of its own and no sign-up of any kind.
When you open a page, your browser sends the technical details every website receives: your IP address, the address of the page, your browser type and the time. The companies that run the site for us use them to deliver the page and keep it secure, under their own privacy policies, and may process them outside Georgia. We do not use them to work out who you are, and we do not combine them with anything else.
Those companies are Vercel, which serves the pages and the photographs, and Neon, part of Databricks, which holds the content. Vercel delivers the pages from servers around the world, and runs this site's own code and stores its photographs in Frankfurt, Germany, where Neon also keeps the content. Both companies are based in the United States. Vercel keeps a brief technical record of requests for a short time.
Cookies
None at all. The site does not set a single cookie on your browser — not for language, not for anything else. It opens in Georgian for everyone, and the English version is simply a different address.
That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or refuse. The site sets no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, and nothing that follows you to other sites.
Restaurant staff who sign in to edit the site receive a separate login cookie. It is never set for visitors.
